I’m back at work this morning, and weighing and measuring everything that I eat.

I’m making sure I write it into my food app before I eat, so I don’t forget anything.

So far today I’ve had: a chai latte, a bowl of oats with a teaspoon of sugar. I’m happier writing everything down to give me accountability than just guessing – I don’t want to be one of those people on “Secret Eaters” that doesn’t know what they’re actually eating. I want to know, so I can see where the problems are.
