I’m trying to have a perfect OA week. Doing the best I can, avoiding all the “nibbles” along the way.
It’s hard. I won’t pretend it’s other than hard. There are lots of treats available all the time at work, and plenty of sweet stuff at home too.
I’m trying to be organised so I have something healthy to eat when the junk is out, and that seems to be helping.
Also, I am losing weight! My jeans are getting looser, and my belt is tightening. Plus, I think I’m looking a bit better.
Off for my walk now. I’m meant to do an hour a day, and haven’t quite got there yet, but I’m getting better.
