Doing okay

I’ve been doing OA for quite a few weeks now, and I’m losing weight and feeling better.

I’m losing just over a pound a week. I’m happy with that.

The difference with OA compared with diets is with OA it’s all about what’s happening in your head. It’s all about sorting yourself out so you don’t lean on food as an emotional crutch. It’s all about working to become a better person.

I genuinely believe I will solve my food issues once and for all now. I just wish I’d done it much, much earlier.
